400-unit complex coming to Avondale

Four-hundred apartments in 22 buildings may soon be coming to a former movie studio site in Avondale.

Plans submitted by Lervick LLC last month received a conditional approval recommendation from the city’s Planning Commission.

The site will be developed with a mix of one-, two- and three-story buildings with, “A variety of rooflines, a multitude of building massing, large balconies with arches and fraed projections.”
