Another developer buys land at growing freeway, light rail hub

Aspirant is also trying to bring new apartments to the Circles Records property /Sydnee Schwartz

Scottsdale-based Aspirant Development has bought 8.5 acres of land at the Loop 202 Freeway and Washington Street in Phoenix.

The deal was brokered by Cashen Realty President Ray Cashen. Aspirant plans to sell 6 acres to another developer for a 300-unit apartment complex.

Aspirant also wants to build a storage facility at the other end of the property. Aspirant is also trying to bring new apartments to the Circles Records property in downtown Phoenix.
