Pinal supervisors discuss their ‘most vexing’ issues

Among several potential issues that could be vexing to Pinal County Supervisor Mike Goodman this year is whether or not San Tan Valley will vote to become a city.

Goodman and his fellow supervisors spoke to a Pinal Partnership breakfast audience at the Windmill Winery Friday morning. The District 2 supervisor noted at last month’s breakfast, where new mayors were featured, San Tan Valley wasn’t at the table because it’s not a city, although it has more than 100,000 people. Goodman said there’s interest in incorporation, but the community has a problem with misinformation going around.
