PhoenixMart’s shell to be completed by end of month

Developers of PhoenixMart are expecting to have a significant portion of the project’s main building completed by the end of March.

Construction crews have been working continuously over the last few months, erecting walls and installing underground utility connections. Marshall Stahl, CEO of PhoenixMart, recently told Boss Magazine the core shell of the main PhoenixMart building is expected to be finished by the end of this month.

A spokesman for AZ Sourcing, parent company of PhoenixMart, confirmed to Pinal Central that Stahl’s estimate is the company’s most current timeline.

Over the next six quarters, the company is projecting to construct exterior perimeter walls for the main PhoenixMart building, continue infrastructure improvements and work on parking and landscaping finishes.
