Opus Group is in the midst of construction of a two-tower, high-rise development in downtown Tempe.

The 3.22-acre property is nestled on a former city parking lot in between Mill Avenue and Arizona State University’s main campus.

Opus Group is developing a two apartment towers in Tempe

It’s one of the prime development spots in the Southwest. Tempe has been landing a number of big projects and jobs and Opus’ downtown property is smack dab in the middle.
