Infill developer sells out Tempe project, hopes to replicate in Phoenix

Watt Communities has sold out of units at its infill housing development in Tempe and hopes to replicate that success in $73 million worth of other projects.

Dorsey Lane is a townhouse project on Broadway Road in between Rural and McClintock roads in Tempe.

All 51 units have sold, according to Watt.
