GILBERT, AZ, (June 20, 2017) – The Morrison family continues to implement its master planned community in Gilbert. Four homebuilders have purchased portions of 120 acres (Lakeview Trails Southwest) from the Morrison family to continue their operations within the popular master plan.  The character of the neighborhood continues to build on the rural, ranch feel of the rest of Morrison Ranch.

The Lakeview Trails Southwest sits to the north and east of the northeast corner of Warner and Higley Roads. Howard Morrison, partner in Morrison Ranch, says, “We are glad for this sale and see it as an opportunity to continue our pursuit of creating ‘a community with character’.”

Maracay Homes, Meritage Homes, Fulton Homes, and Camelot Homes are building four differing widths on a total of 320 lots. Although home products have yet to be approved they will continue with the familiar elevation choices between: Craftsman, Farmhouse, Prairie, and Ranch themes.

Improvements for this new neighborhood include extending Kenneth Road south to Warner and extending Bloomfield east from Higley Road.  In addition, landscaping of the third and final lake for the Morrison Ranch property will be installed to the south and west of the four landmark grain tanks just east of  Higley Rd.

The sellers were represented in the sale by Michael Martindale of CRA, LLC.
