Arizona mine inspector Joe Hart arrested on suspicion of domestic violence

Arizona Mine Inspector Joe Hart was arrested and accused of domestic violence after a fight with his nephew, police said.

Kingman police were alerted on Thursday to a fight that had turned physical. The fight took place between the 73-year-old Hart and his 59-year-old nephew Kenneth Tooman, according to a Kingman Police Department report.

The fight began after Tooman attempted to fix a water pipe on the property he rents from Hart, police said. Hart began the physical fight after a shouting match between the two, according to the report.
