Hotel Valley Ho’s ‘hotel within a hotel’ is getting a $1.4M renovation

The influx of winter visitors and tourists to Scottsdale in the mid-1950s prompted the construction of Hotel Valley Ho, which originally opened on December 20, 1956.

Downtown Scottsdale’s Hotel Valley Ho is spending $1.4 million renovating its “hotel within a hotel,” The Tower.

The renovations include revamps of its lighting, décor, flooring, and millwork. The makeover is slated to be complete next month.

The 46-room Tower was first built in 2008.
