See what a builder is doing with prime land in North Scottsdale

Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) has some pricey plans for land it just bought in North Scottsdale.

The home builder recently bought 40 acres of land in North Scottsdale.

The sale price was $5.5 million and the land is at 118th Street and Jomax Road.

That is near Troon North, the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and the McDowell Mountain Regional Park in a prime area of North Scottsdale.

Kari Laszlo, senior marketing manager for Toll Brothers, said the Pennsylvania-based builder plans on developing homes on 1 acre lots or more.
