Indictments, you say? Arizona members of U.S. House quiet on Russia investigation

Arizona’s congressional delegation greeted the first indictments stemming from the independent counsel looking into Russian involvement in the 2016 elections with… not much to say, at least publicly.

Only four of the state’s nine U.S. House members acknowledged on social media the news that dominated the headlines Monday: Robert Mueller’s investigation had yielded a guilty plea and a pair of indictments.

Democratic Reps. Ruben Gallego and Raúl Grijalva were critical, even insulting, about Republican indifference to the probe.
