Design teams works on Scottsdale live-work infill, eye more prefab

Urban and infill-minded Form Third Design-Build and Aline Design Studio are teaming together for the redevelopment of a parcel in downtown Scottsdale.

Aline’s architecture work includes the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Chandler.

And the architect and development duo at Phoenix-based Form Third — Robert Des Rosiers and Shawn Goetzinger — say they are starting to look at doing more offsite fabrication work for future adaptive reuse and infill projects.
