$70M primary and specialty care center breaks ground in Peoria

Maricopa Integrated Health System is breaking ground Jan. 29 for its West Valley Primary and Specialty Care Center in Peoria.

The 127,000-square-foot health clinic will be built on 20 acres at Grand Avenue and Cotton Crossing. Hobbs+Black Architects designed the project, while Okland Construction is the general contractor.
