Maricopa City Council has approved a contract to help attract more businesses to the community.

The contract was given to Buxton Company. The company boasts the ability to understand who customers are and where their clients can find more of those customers. The company analyzes factors such as customer profiles, drive time and retail market conditions. Cities can then take that data to present to potential developers.
