Surprise P&Z advances industrial office project

City leaders recently approved a plan to add an industrial office complex and sales office to the community.

Planning and Zoning Commissioners voted unanimously to advance the site plan for the project at their March 1 meeting at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.

If approved by City Council, the project will see the construction of two buildings totaling 48,000 square feet along with typical site improvements, including parking, sidewalks and landscaping.
