City staff is assisting the site’s owner, the Seldin family, in pursuing a new buyer. City manager Kevin Phelps said Glendale will be looking to bring in businesses that will compliment the Sports and Entertainment District next door.

“We’ll work with the development community and potential suitors for that, but we just really feel it needs to fit in with all the investment that’s happening along the 101 Loop corridor,” he said.
