Landsea Homes is setting up an Arizona division.

The Irvine, California-based homebuilder is in the process of investing $20 million to develop its first project on 11.52 acres in Chandler.

Pete Beucke, who joined Landsea in August 2017, has been tapped as the Arizona division president.

“It was just a natural transition to expand, and Phoenix really was the first place we wanted to expand,” said Beucke, a graduate of Arizona State University. “I just happened to be the fortunate one to lead the group out there.”
