The Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation held a groundbreaking ceremony on June 29, 2018 for its new CASINO. Those in attendance at the celebration included tribal dignitaries and tribal members, and others from the State of Arizona and surrounding communities.

The new casino will be 166,341 square feet, which will soon offer guests a larger casino with a garden court, specialty high end dining, sports bar with entertainment stage and other new amenities. Thalden Boyd Emery Architects, W.E. O’Neil, and Kitchell Construction have been named as the project team.

The Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation’s ongoing mission is to aid in the economic development and the expansion of direct services to meet the changing needs of all tribal members while preserving traditional values and at the same time benefiting and supporting its neighbors, the greater East Valley and Scottsdale areas.
