Peoria touts premier development sites

This is the first in a series outlining what Peoria Economic Development Department calls the city’s premier development sites.

PEDD describes the sites as:

“…prime locations for new commercial and retail development. In some cases, these are Planned Area Developments, while others, such as Park West and the Vistancia Commercial Core, are adjacent to existing centers. These sites are located in high visibility areas of the city …”

At the top of the list is Stadium Point, 83rd Avenue, south of Bell Road.
