Scottsdale, AZ, August 17, 2018– The Land Agency, Howard Weinstein, Patty Lafferty, & Brad Kuiper announced today that the company exclusively represented the Seller with respect to the sale of a +/- 1,500-acre master planned community. The community is planned with +/- 4,926 single family residential lots inclusive of open space, two school sites, and two commercial parcels. The purchase price was $7,500,000.
The planned community is situated in Pinal County, south of the City of Maricopa, minutes from Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino and Resort, Ultra Star Multi-Tainment Center, and Copper Sky Multigenerational Center.

The community is currently being farmed and will continue to remain in that status until housing demand becomes evident. The Land Agency has been retained to exclusively represent the Buyer with respect to future dispositions to homebuilders and developers.
