New Casa Grande apartments approved, others may be coming

New apartments are coming to Casa Grande and more might be on the way in the future.

Casa Grande Planning and Zoning commissioners on Thursday gave final approval to Cielo Villas Apartments, a 54-unit complex south of Florence Boulevard between Avenue A and Pueblo Drive. The development also will abut Fourth Street and will have an entrance off Fourth.

The complex, on a 3.26-acre lot, will have five buildings for apartments, both one- and two-bedroom models, and an office building. A parking lot with 108 spaces, many covered, also will be on site.
