Four new tenants are opening at Scottsdale Quarter, where construction is underway on a third and final phase of the shopping, office and residential complex.
Scottsdale Quarter, just across from Kierland Commons in Phoenix, opened in 2008 at Scottsdale and Greenway roads.
3 new shops plus a hot dog spot
The retail complex will bring in the following businesses in 2019:

Dog Haus: The California-based franchise, known for all-beef Haus Dogs and Haus Sausages, and its Black Angus beef, which is hormone and antibiotic-free, will open its first Arizona store on 73rd Place near Kona Grill.

Marine Layer: The upscale comfort clothing brand from San Francisco will open it’s first Arizona store in the Quad near True Food Kitchen.

The Lash Lounge: The beauty brand that offers eyelash extensions, brow extensions, permanent makeup, lash and brow tinting and eyebrow threading will open its first store on South Street, next to Drybar.

Luxe Nail Bar: This Scottsdale-based nail bar that also offers waxing and massages will be on South Street, near Press Coffee.
