Scottsdale approves Sienna Hills Phase 2 final plat to proceed

A new development will arrive in the area as the Scottsdale City Council approved on consent the Sienna Hills Phase 2 final plat Tuesday, Jan. 8.

During its regular meeting, at 3939 Drinkwater Boulevard, the City Council approved the final plat for a new residential subdivision with 16 lots and four tracts on an approximately eight-acre site with single-family residential, environmental sensitive lands zoning.

The project for the preliminary plat received initial consent approval during an April 19 meeting in which reductions of lot area, including yard space and distance between buildings, was requested. All stipulations and ordinance requirements were met so the final plat can be recorded, establishing the lots.
