Glendale to vote on church rezoning in Arrowhead near Loop 101

The Glendale City Council will vote Tuesday on a rezoning plan on 75^th Avenue near the Loop 101 freeway to allow for a restaurant, coffee shop, retail and health club on a church property.

The rezoning plans involve a 1.4-acre parcel at 75^th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane. It is on the campus of the Dream City Church, which was previously the Community of Joy church.

Scottsdale-based Simon CRE is working with the property owner to bring a breakfast / lunch restaurant, coffee shop and fitness center to the parcel in Glendale’s Arrowhead area.
