Infill, boutique apartments proposed in Old Town Scottsdale

The Clayton Companies wants to redevelop four parcels in Old Town Scottsdale at 75th and Second Streets into a new infill, boutique apartment project.

Clayton has submitted plans with Scottsdale’s Development Review Board for the infill development called 75 on 2nd. Plans call for 39 apartments, according to documents filed with the city of Scottsdale.

The site is currently home to older office buildings.

Clayton has also developed The Tom/Scot and 77 on the Park apartments in Scottsdale.
