New homesites get planning, zoning approval

The new housing development of 50 homes in Sun City West received approval of the Maricopa County Planning and Zoning Commission April 25.

The application was approved by a unanimous vote of the commission members. The plan now goes to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for a final vote 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the Board of Supervisors Auditorium 205 W. Jefferson St., Phoenix.

Hovnanian Homes, the developer, said the project will be known as Four Seasons and consist of 50 single residences in a gated area.
