Since September of last year, Town of Paradise Valley officials have been wrestling with the appropriate approach to Lincoln Drive median improvements — from about Mockingbird Lane to Scottsdale Road — that could play an integral role in the success of contemplated development.
But after months of research, engineering input and planning efforts Paradise Valley town staff presented two solutions — an interim and an ultimate fix — to address Lincoln Drive roadway improvements, which the municipality is obligated to complete.
On April 25, Paradise Valley Town Council again revisited the discussion, with two clear recommendations coming from town staff, after months of seeking a solution that meets development needs and traffic safety standards.
