An update and added steps to the Town of Paradise Valley Special Use Permit Managerial Amendment Process has been unanimously approved by Town Council.
On April 11, Paradise Valley Town Council hosted a public hearing yielding zero comments from the community prior to unanimously voting to adopt changes to the process for the approval of applications for managerial SUP amendments. The item was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission, town officials say.
“The council first talked about (this) in three different study sessions, finalized some language in those study sessions, and had a draft ordinance referred to Planning Commission for review,” Town Attorney Andrew Miller said during his presentation of the changes during the April meeting.
