The Scottsdale Planning Commission will consider redevelopment plans in Old Town Scottsdale at First Avenue and Goldwater Boulevard for a new apartment building.

The project is branded the Winery Residences of Scottsdale. It will have a rooftop pool.

Fassco Investments want to build a new 31-unit, four-story apartment building. Units will range between 712 and 992 square feet with all 31 unites slated to be one-bedroom apartments.

Plans call for underground parking. The Winery development will also include some alley parking for guests. Presentation materials also refer to the project as Winery Suites of Scottsdale with a wine market on the ground level.

The site is currently home to office buildings. The Winery apartments is on the Scottsdale Planning Commissions Wednesday agenda.
