Arrowhead Valley independent living in soft-opening mode

Peoria’s newest independent living facility for adults ages 55 and older is now open. Still in soft-opening stage, a grand-opening event is slated for September.

Located at 81st Avenue and West Beardsley Road, Arrowhead Valley Retirement Resort features 128 rental apartments in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom options. Floor plans range from 566 to 1,206 square feet.

Branded an all-inclusive community, Arrowhead Valley Retirement Resort features one monthly price with no buy-in fee or long-term lease. Monthly rent includes utilities, on-site professional staff, live-in managers, a 24/7 emergency call system, appointment transportation, concierge services and valet parking.
