The Arizona property is on the market for $34 million. The resort has two championship golf courses, a hotel and spa with 97 casitas as well as wedding and conference facilities.

The Golden Canyon Golf Resort is in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains. It is listed by Walter Unger with Kasten Long Commercial Group.

The property includes 65 acres of developable land on the golf courses fairways.

The property is owned by a consortium of partners from Alberta, Canada.
