Mesa to Greenlight new apartments?

The Mesa City Council will consider plans by Greenlight Communities for a new 244-unit apartment development.

Scottsdale-based Greenlight wants to a build a new multifamily project called Cabana on Power on 8.39 acres at Power and Williams Field roads.

The land is currently vacant.

The Mesa council will consider a zoning change to allow for the apartments at its Sept 23 meeting. The property is currently zoned for a mixed-use development.
