[OP-ED] Springcreek development pursuit ought to be approved for Old Town Scottsdale

On Aug. 29, the Scottsdale Planning Commission heard three cases on the regular agenda and that meeting lasted for more than four hours.

The third agenda item was a presentation made by Springcreek Development for the revitalization of Old Town with the Southbridge II plans for more that 1,250,000-square-feet.

Fred Unger had worked on this project for 25 years prior to his death in 2018. His son Carter has carried the torch along with their great team to finally get this massive project to the city planning commission for approval.
