Stockdale Capital Partners has submitted new plans with the city of Scottsdale to construct a new entry structure for the Galleria Corporate Centre building in Old Town.

Stockdale wants to build a new 18-foot-high, glass and steel entry structure at Scottsdale Road and Drinkwater Boulevard.

The aim is to bring more natural light into the Galleria and its concourse level.

The Galleria is home to Yelp, Indeed.com, Zillow and other tech and social media companies. The property evolved from a shopping mall into a popular downtown Scottsdale office location.

Stockdale says in its filing with the city that the new entry structure will also coordinate design wise with its new planned Marquee office building being built nearby.
