Big $25 million land deal in West Valley

LKY Development has bought more than 8,900 acres in Buckeye for $25 million.

The land is at Patton Road and 243rd Avenue. More than 8,400 homes could be developed.

It’s the latest big land deal in the West Valley where builders and developers have big plans for future residential developments.

Business Real Estate Weekly first reported the new LKY land deal.
