Landsea Homes sells final homes at auto courts at Eastmark master-planned community in Arizona

Design meets demand for accessible, quality homes in highly-desired Mesa community

Large-scale community of 3,200 acres integrates new high performance homes

Model grand opening of next phase to open Fall 2020

Phoenix, Ariz. (October 1, 2019) – Landsea Homes announced today the complete sellout of Auto Courts at Eastmark, a master-planned community in Mesa, Arizona. The award-winning homebuilder will embark on the next phase with a model grand opening in Fall 2020.

“Auto Courts at Eastmark appealed to the region’s demand for modern, quality housing with a desired price point in one of Arizona’s most desirable cities,” said Leslie Hickman, vice president of sales and marketing, Landsea Homes, Arizona division. “We are very proud to successfully offer new housing that provides homeowners with the perfect opportunity to live in their element.”

Located in the heart of Mesa, Arizona, Auto Courts at Eastmark values connectivity and engagement with its top-rated schools, beautiful neighborhoods and innovative amenities. The large-scale community of 3,200 acres integrates new homes with employment, education, recreation and commerce. Auto Courts at Eastmark is minutes away from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and is located in the thriving Gateway Corridor, one of the most desirable locations within the Phoenix marketplace.

Landsea Homes has also begun construction on Sonora Crossing, and further expanded its portfolio in greater Phoenix with the acquisitions of single-family homesites at Harvest Queen Creek, Madison Square and Town & Country.  Landsea Homes is currently selling in Phoenix market communities such as Encanta in Tolleson, Destiny, Victory at Verrado and Cielo at Estrella. Upcoming communities include Centerra in Goodyear and Highlands at Verrado.

New census figures show Arizona is the fourth fastest-growing state in the United States. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that by 2030 the population of Phoenix will grow to 2.2 million, and the population of the metro area will reach 6.3 million. For the past 20 years, Phoenix consistently ranked as one of the fastest growing economies of all metro areas in the U.S. The unemployment rate in Phoenix always tracks lower than the national average.

Companies in various industries are expanding in the Phoenix-Metro area to take advantage of the highly skilled labor force, low operating costs and tax breaks.

Recent companies moving in to capitalize on Arizona’s business-friendly environment include Nationwide Insurance, Deloitte, Voya Financial and Nike with its third U.S. manufacturing plant on the west side of metro Phoenix, bringing more than 500 jobs to Goodyear. Foundation Capital Partners and Baker Development Corp. began construction on a two-building, $28-million industrial project in Goodyear, and co-working giant WeWork just opened its first Phoenix location.

Auto Courts at Eastmark is located at 4936 S Tune, Mesa, Arizona, 85212. For more information, call (602) 363-5155 or visit
