Tempe to vote on new Class A Office Building

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Tempe City Council will vote Wednesday on plans for a new 100,000 square foot, six-story Class A Office building on the north side of Tempe Town Lake.

Irgens is proposing the new office building at the 999 Playa Del Norte property off Rural Road near the Loop 202 freeway.

The new office building will be adjacent to a hotel and apartments that have been build on the lake’s north bank.

The offices are slated for a 2.3-acre parcel.

Tempe has been the strongest office market in the current real estate cycle seeing low vacancy rates, plenty of leasing and new developments.
