Trammell Crow Proposes new office building in Scottsdale

Trammell Crow Co. is proposing a new office building and parking garage near Raintree Drive and Northsight Boulevard in Scottsdale.

Development plans call for a 3-story, 181,000-square-foot office building and 5-level, 292,000-square-foot parking garage have been filed with the city of Scottsdale. Parking garage plans call for 872 spots.

The property is on the former Vanguard campus. Trammell Crow is asking Scottsdale to approve dividing up the lot for the office and garage development.
