Mike Burnett has joined Chandler-based Offerpad as its chief financial officer.

Chandler-based Offerpad has tapped Mike Burnett as its next chief financial officer.

Burnett most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of Scottsdale-based AV Homes Inc., which was acquired by Scottsdale-based Taylor Morrison Home Corp. (NYSE: TMHC) in a transaction valued at $963 million last year.

While at AV Homes, Burnett helped the company grow revenue from $140 million to a run rate of nearly $1 billion by executing a five-year strategic business plan and through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions, according to Offerpad’s announcement.
