New warehouse slated in Gilbert

The Gilbert Town Council is scheduled to vote today final plat approvals for a new planned warehouse at Baseline and McQueen Roads.

VJ Baseline LLC wants to build a new 25,200 square foot warehouse on the 10.8-acre East Valley site to go along with an existing warehouse building. 

The region is seeing stronger demand for smaller warehouses and logistics buildings as e-commerce and other companies try to get their networks closer and closer to consumers.

Arizona Corporation Commission records show VJ Baseline LLC’s managers are Scottsdale’s VJO LLC and Calgary based Orbit Development.
