The Scottsdale City Council has approved zoning changes and a development deal with Impact Church for 7.58 acres of land the church owns off Hayden Road near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevards.

The church wants to build 123,000 square feet of new Class A office space and another 69,000 square feet for restaurants and retail space. The property is currently vacant.

The Scottsdale Council approved the church’s development plans at its November 25 meeting.

Impact Church has developed apartments on an adjacent parcel. The land is in the middle of one of Scottsdale busiest retail, restaurant and commercial areas.
