Plans have been filed with the city of Scottsdale to turn an office building in Old Town’s Entertainment District into a restaurant and bar.

Vapid Inc. and its design firm, AV3Design Studio, have submitted site plans with Scottsdale to renovate the 1,340-square-foot building at 4440 North Saddlebag Trail into a new bar and restaurant.

The property is downtown Scottsdale’s popular bar area.

Plans call for façade improvements as well as renovating the building to add a new rooftop patio and exterior bar.

The building is currently used for offices and storage space.
