The Mint medical marijuana dispensary looks to expand Mesa location, add extraction lab, cultivation center

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The city of Mesa is considering plans for an expansion of The Mint Dispensary at Southern Avenue and Mesa Drive that could include a new 12,000-square-foot indoor cultivation center and 6,000-square-foot medical marijuana extraction lab.

RMEG Investments LLC (which owns the property) has requested a building improvement and expansion permit that would add 11,700 square feet to the current medical marijuana dispensary property which is home to three buildings totaling 13,264 square feet.

Plans also call for the buildings on the property to be connected.

Mesa’s Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the dispensary’s expansion plans on Wednesday.
