The Chandler City Council will vote Thursday on preliminary development and signage plans at a 53.6-acre, 663,000 square-foot development off the Loop 202 freeway near Kyrene Road.
Conor Commercial Real Estate has already built the first 463,200-square-foot phase at the Lotus Project. It has plans for a second 200,000-square-foot phase.
The Lotus Project includes office, industrial and flex space and is near Chandler’s border with the Gila River Indian Community.
The Chandler Council will consider the developer’s plans including for signage along the Loop 202 freeway.
