Eloy council hears presentations about capacity fees and strategic plan

The city council kicked off the new year with a work session on Monday to discuss various projects with consultants and review the first two quarters of the Economic Development Strategic Plan.

Last year the city began an update of its existing land use assumptions, infrastructure improvements plan and development fees.

Before presenting to the council, planning manager Jerry Stabley reminded them that an agenda item for next week’s meeting will be an infrastructure improvement plan and development fees study.
