The Gilbert Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the next phase of Nationwide Realty Investors’ Rivulon development, called Rivulon Lake.

The new phase will include two four-story buildings with 160,000 square feet of office space each. It also will include an adjacent parking structure near Loop 202 and Gilbert Road.

“The lake buildings and the visually stunning amenity lake feature will really bring to life our full vision for this development,” Nationwide Realty Investors President and COO Brian Ellis said in a statement. “The demand for office space at Rivulon has been consistently strong since we broke ground in 2013, as evidenced by the significant number of industry-leading businesses now based here. The highly designed lake office buildings will undoubtedly continue the positive trend, and we’re excited to unveil these plans to prospective tenants.”
