Canalside apartments proposed in downtown Scottsdale

Stockdale Capital Partners has submitted development plans with the city of Scottsdale for a new 54-unit apartment complex and 1,000 square feet of commercial space at Indian School Road and 68th Street.

The infill project is called Canalside and is located near the Arizona Canal in Old Town Scottsdale.

The property totals 1.17 acres and is within Scottsdale’s downtown zoning district.

Stockdale is asking for zoning district map amendment for the 4-story redevelopment project.
