Phoenix breaks ground on mixed-income housing development

The city of Phoenix broke ground Monday on a mixed-income housing development that is scheduled to open in 2021.

Soluna will feature 177 units and amenities that include community rooms, playgrounds, a computer lab and a fitness center, according to a press release.

The development is located in the Edison-Eastlake neighborhood, which is situated along Interstate 10 between 16th Street and the Union Pacific Railroad in central Phoenix.
