Block 23 plans these spring and summer openings

RED Development announced today that Block 23 in Downtown Phoenix will have four tenants occupying space at the high-rise, mixed-use destination by this summer, in addition to welcoming the first residents at The Ryan, a 332-residence apartment community.

Following the success of Fry’s Food Store opening in 2019, the first full-service grocery store in the area and the most technologically advanced in the state, WeWork is among the first two office tenants to open at Block 23 occupying 90,000-square-feet on the seventh and eighth floors.

Open since January, WeWork is able to accommodate 1,600 members and features the brand’s signature mid-century modern decor, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling glass and steel framing, communal working space and futuristic neon design elements. The second office tenant, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP (EY), opened its 20,000-square-foot office in December and employs more than 280 people at the Block 23 location.
