MARICOPA — A Central Arizona College professor has submitted his second alternative proposal for Interstate 11 for Arizona Department of Transportation’s review.

Sanjeev Ramchandra is concerned about the value of I-11 for local commuters, especially Maricopans whose only way to and from the Valley is on State Route 347.
